I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I was absolutely impressed! The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was cozy and clean, and I loved the smart functions that added to the comfort. I recently stayed at the New Port hotel in Krakow for a weekend getaway. The view of the river and the surrounding area was absolutely stunning. I loved being able to control the lighting, curtains, and temperature using the tablet in my room. The modern bathroom and towel heater were great additions. The rooms were well-designed and tidy, equipped with modern and convenient amenities. The hotel also offered unique features like feeding birds and spa/massage options. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful room with a terrace that offered fine views of the river. The hotel's floating concept was unique and added to the overall experience. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. Despite the slight movement from passing boats, the room was cozy and comfortable. We also appreciated the availability of coffee at the reception area. I would highly recommend New Port - Hotel Na Wisle for its really good location and great amenities.

The hotel is located on the river, providing a stunning view of the city center and the castle. It is also conveniently close to the city center, with only a short 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town or Kazimierz. The rooms are modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. The breakfast at the nearby Forum is delicious, offering a variety of options including English, Polish, French, and croissants.
The hot water supply in the rooms can be limited at times due to the use of a boiler.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and had a nice interior design. The hotel is located right on the Vistula river, providing very nice views and a peaceful atmosphere. It is also conveniently close to various landmarks and the congress center. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast in the food hall was delicious. this hotel was a great choice for us and we highly recommend it.
